Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to MoralReduction.com and its digital workshop, tools, book companion, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, using Google sign-in, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lifetime Accounts
A “Lifetime Account” is a one-time-purchase access license for the operational lifetime of the Service. “Lifetime” refers to the period during which MoralReduction.com is maintained and made available by its operator. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, does not promise access for any fixed number of years, and is not a recurring subscription.
The Service may evolve, move, be replaced, or be discontinued. If a successor service substantially replaces MoralReduction.com, the operator may transfer access where reasonably practicable, but no perpetual hosting obligation is created. Complimentary accounts offered before paid access begins may be governed by the same availability limits and may be changed or withdrawn.
Payment and access
When paid access begins, the price and any applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. A completed purchase grants one personal, non-transferable Lifetime Account unless the checkout states otherwise. Refund rights, if any, will follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful personal purposes. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls or usage limits, scrape or overload the Service, interfere with other accounts, introduce harmful code, or use the Service to violate another person’s rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect security, availability, users, or the operator from abuse or excessive cost.
Intellectual property
The Service, book-connected content, design, text, artwork, and software are protected by intellectual-property law. Your account grants access, not ownership or permission to republish or commercially exploit the materials.
AI and educational material
Some features may use automated or AI-generated responses. They can be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for philosophical exploration and education, not as legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change and interruptions may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability relating to paid access will not exceed the amount you paid for that access, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.
Account changes and termination
You are responsible for accurate account information and credential security. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the Service, or result from fraud or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service and payment model develop. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or account contact information. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
